In the case of an emergency, just one call to Sargent will have an authorised mobile mechanic out to your vehicle or equipment to fix the problem on site. If the problem is more complex, we’ll arrange towing to the nearest Sargent workshop and have you back on the road as quickly as possible, even if this means supplying you with a replacement vehicle or equipment (subject to availability). Our toll free number is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.

Nobody likes surprises when they come with the word ‘invoice’ attached. At Sargent we believe in transparency. We’ll always be upfront with you and deliver on our promise. When you rent from Sargent, you know your fixed and variable costs, giving you budget security and peace of mind. It’s important to note that your rental includes a responsibility for damage.
