Sargent operates fully equipped workshops staffed by trained service technicians in every location and employs a team of qualified mobile mechanics to perform on-site maintenance and comprehensive vehicle quality and safety checks. This minimises the risk of breakdown or repairs, which in turn reduces driver downtime, meaning you get the most out of your rental.
More for your money
All Sargent rentals include a free kilometre allowance, giving you more for your money. Rentals can also be fully tax deductible; please consult your accountant for details.
Roadside assistance
We understand that in the industries we operate in, vehicle downtime can cost your business. That's why we offer roadside assistance. A freecall to Sargent will have an authorised mobile mechanic out to your vehicle to fix the problem on site or if the problem is more complex, we’ll arrange towing to the nearest Sargent workshop and have you back on the road as quickly as possible, even if this means supplying you with a replacement vehicle (subject to availability).
Know your costs upfront
Nobody likes surprises when they come with the word ‘invoice’ attached. At Sargent we believe in transparency. We’ll always be upfront with you and deliver on our promise. When you rent from Sargent, you know your fixed and variable costs, giving you budget security and peace of mind. It’s important to note that your rental includes a responsibility for damage.
